Conference Registration

Registration

Registration is only possible online. The registration form includes, besides conference registration, also registration for the dinners. When your conference registration has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email.

Deadline for Registration

The registration deadline is March 15, 2011. However, we recommend you to register and book your accommodation as soon as possible, as available rooms at the hotels are limited and only guaranteed until February 28, 2011.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation on or before March 15, 2011: 25 EUR
Cancellation from March 16 to March 31, 2011: EUR 50
Cancellation on or after March 31, 2011: full registration fee will be charged

Conference fee:

Registration fee includes, working lunches on April 28-29 April, the Gala dinner on April 29, Dubrovnik Tours. Registration fee includes presentation of one paper. At least one conference fee from one author should be paid per paper. Transportation and accommodation are not included.

PhD and Master students have free Dinner and Get Together in a bar on April 27

On April 27, an optional Dinner – 20:00/21:30
Euro 25 - Appetizers, Main Course, Dessert, Coffee and Wine/Soft drinks

On April 27, an optional Get Together in a Bar - 21:45/23:30
Euro 10 - Two Drinks (alcoholic and/or soft drinks)

On April 28, an optional Dinner – 20:00/22:00
Euro 25 - Appetizers, Main Course, Dessert, Coffee and Wine/Soft drinks
